🔧 Scope of Work – Food Prep Sink & Drainage System
✔ Stainless Steel Hand Sink Installation
Installed a wall-mounted, food-grade stainless steel hand sink, complete with sensor-activated faucet and NSF-compliant fixture setup. The installation supports Crumbl’s strict hygiene protocol and food safety standards.
✔ Insulated Hot/Cold Water Supply Lines
Configured concealed supply lines for hot and cold water, using PEX with approved fittings, valves, and insulation. This ensures efficient temperature regulation while reducing heat loss and potential condensation inside wall cavities.
✔ PVC Drainage with Air Gap Compliance
Custom drainage installation included PVC waste piping, properly sloped with a visible air gap for cross-contamination prevention. All drainage was pressure tested and connected to the facility’s main sanitary line according to local health code requirements.
✔ Flush-Mounted, Space-Conscious Design
Sink was mounted in a compact tiled corner with meticulous attention to wall and floor integrity. All pipework was aligned neatly to allow easy maintenance access and visual cleanliness.
