North Point Plumbing successfully completed a full-scale boiler room plumbing and equipment installation for a commercial facility in Ontario. This highly technical project showcases our expertise in mechanical system design, precision pipework, and commercial-grade hydronic heating solutions.

Scope of Work:

✅ Boiler Equipment Installation
The project includes the setup of dual NTI high-efficiency wall-mounted boilers. These units deliver consistent hot water supply and hydronic heat with modulating technology to ensure maximum energy efficiency and output control.

✅ Pump & Circulation System
Multiple Grundfos circulation pumps were installed with isolation ball valves for zoned water movement. These high-efficiency pumps ensure uninterrupted flow through various heating zones, helping to maintain balanced temperature throughout the building.

✅ Precision Copper Piping System
The entire piping network is constructed using type L copper with professional-grade soldering and layout. Vertical and horizontal runs are anchored securely and follow industry-standard slope for optimal flow dynamics and drainage.

✅ Glycol Feed System & Expansion Tank

• A glycol make-up tank with built-in pressure gauge and feed assembly ensures the system maintains optimal antifreeze levels under all operating conditions.
• A vertical expansion tank was installed to accommodate pressure fluctuations during heating cycles, increasing system longevity.

✅ Wall Protection & Mounting
The boiler room wall is finished with diamond plate steel sheeting to protect the infrastructure and enhance fire resistance and serviceability. All components are clearly labeled for ease of maintenance and safety inspections.
